La receta de hoy forma parte del menú navideño que cada año preparamos con ventanas verdes. Una variedad de platos que hemos elaborado pensando en una comida sencilla, sin excesos y donde practicamente no queden sobras.
Mi idea fué colaborar con un chocolate que puede ser servido junto al café tras la cena o si lo prefieren una idea para regalar.
Estos pralinés se hacen muy rápido y son super faciles, pero desde luego lo que más importa es el delicioso resultado, un chocolate nada de dulce y con aromas propios de la navidad como la canela y las almendras.
Ingredientes:
200 grs de chocolate negro suizo
50 ml de crema
1 cucharada de aceite neutro
3/4 cucharadita de canela
50 grs de almendras en bastones y tostadas
Cacao en polvo
Preparar un baño maría, encima una fuente con el chocolate negro trozado y el aceite. Dejar que se derrita suavemente sin revolver.
Retirar del calor y añadir la crema de leche y la canela, revolver por dos minutos hasta integrar bien y luego añadir las almendras.
Colocar la mezcla en una fuente estilo cake de unos 20 cms. Distribuir de manera uniforme el chocolate y empolvorear con el cacao.
Dejar en el refrigerador por dos horas y luego cortar trozos de 1 cm de grosor.
Si prefieren un praliné más dulce pueden reemplazar el chocolate negro por chocolate con leche.
Ideales para un lindo regalo hecho en casa.
